Build something fans actually love ⚡

We built a marketplace for 150,000+ doujin creators and 2 million fans in Korea. Now we're going global — and we're looking for founding team who are part of this world.

Product design

Product Designer
Now hiring S2fan Fully Remote Mid-Level to Senior

We built a marketplace for indie creators, doujin makers, fan-artists in Korea — over 150,000 sellers and 2 million members. Now we're building a global version, and we need someone to own the product experience from the ground up.

This is a founding role. You won't get a backlog of tickets. You'll get a market, a thesis, and the freedom to figure out what to build.

What you'll own
  • Live with our users — indie creators, fan-artists, fandom sellers. Find what's actually broken for them, often before they can articulate it.
  • Decide what we build next, and why. You set the direction, not just the pixels.
  • Design the experience (UX and UI) and see it through to something real.
  • Move fast from idea to something the team can see and react to — rough wireframes, quick mockups, lo-fi prototypes — then take it all the way to quality with engineering and craft.
  • Bring taste. Make something that feels different and fun, not another generic marketplace. The product should have a point of view.
Who you are
  • 3+ years of product design experience. You've shipped products 0→1 at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or solo. You know what it's like to build with no playbook.
  • You start from user problems you discovered, not from a spec someone handed you.
  • Strong opinions and taste. You propose; you don't wait to be told.
  • You can design (UX/UI) end to end and move fast from idea to something real.
  • You genuinely get fandom, creator, anime, or otaku culture. You are the user — this isn't a bonus, it's the job.
What this role isn't
  • A spec-taker who needs detailed requirements to start.
  • A designer who hands off mockups and walks away.
  • Someone who waits to be told what the problem is.

Growth & community

Growth & Community Marketer
Now hiring S2fan Fully Remote Mid-Level to Senior

We built a marketplace for indie creators, doujin makers, fan-artists in Korea — over 150,000 sellers and 2 million members. Now we're building a global version, and we need someone to own growth and community from the ground up.

This is a founding role. You won't get a backlog of tickets. You'll get a market, a thesis, and the freedom to figure out what to build.

What you'll own
  • Know our people better than anyone: Gen Z North American otaku, fandom, and Artist Alley communities. You don't study this audience — you're part of it.
  • Decide what we make and where: what content, what platform (X, Discord, TikTok, wherever they live), what tone, and why — then run it.
  • Build the voice. Set a tone and manner that feels native to the scene, not like a brand trying too hard.
  • Work directly with creators. You bring ideas with enough vision and direction that artists can run with them. You sketch the concept — rough references, moodboards, direction — so the team can align fast, then lead the collaboration with real artists to make the final thing.
  • Run community like you mean it. Show up in Discord and on X with a point of view, and have fun doing it. The energy should be real.
Who you are
  • 3+ years in social media, community management, content, or brand marketing — ideally in gaming, entertainment, anime, or the creator economy.
  • You live in this culture. You already know the in-jokes, the etiquette, the difference between a brand that gets it and one that's cringe.
  • You have taste and judgment about tone. You can say "here's the goal, here's the voice, here's why" before anything gets made.
  • You move fast. You turn an idea into something the team can see and react to, then bring artists in to make it real. You know what's good and what isn't.
  • Self-starter who gets genuinely excited and runs with it. You propose; you don't wait for a brief.
What this role isn't
  • A channel operator who schedules posts someone else wrote.
  • Someone who needs a strategy handed to them before they can start.
  • Someone who'd approach otaku/fandom as a "target segment" from the outside.
